Did you know that you have option how to pay commissions?
Now when you list a property, you have the option of stating whether a commission is based on the gross or net sales price. The net sales price of a property is the gross sales price minus any concessions from the seller, and, if the home is a new construction, buyer upgrades. To fit with current real estate trends, this new policy gives the seller the option of not paying commission on money they aren't receiving.
