Questions about Agreement

I will dedicate this week for explaining the Real Estate Agreement:

1. Is it ok to have a contractor come out before the close of a home to make estimates on repairs?

It is totally fine. Do it before inspection deadline, and submit "buyers request for repairs" along with contractor's estimate. Once sellers receive request, both parties shall have 7 calendar days "response period" to resolve these issues in a form of concessions; otherwise, buyer can cancel agreement within 3 calendar days after expiration of "response period".
